Hoist Repair and Service Group

We service most brand name Chain hoists and Lever tools in house as well as Lug-All brand Winch-hoists. Our trained inspectors will check the nine points of wear and overload on each unit and make repairs as needed.

After repairs are made each unit must also pass a dynamic load test to 125% of it's rated capacity to verify the integrity of the repair. Our hydraulic test system allows us to cycle your hoist fully loaded in both directions for a more accurate test than other shops dead weight or "static" systems. This dynamic load test will reveal any problems with brake discs, load limiters and warped friction hubs.

Finally each unit is tagged with a stainless steel "Date Coded Re-inspection Tag" for easy identification and accountability.
